Loyalty Console
About the Loyalty Console
The Loyalty Console is the backend portal for loyalty program managers. You use it to input and configure the loyalty schema you want the Loyalty Engine to run. You can think of it as the Settings app for the Loyalty Engine.

The Loyalty Console interface consists of the following sections:
Title bar - on the right side of the title bar, you can find:
a toggle to switch between live & test mode
a button to copy a link to the page you're currently viewing (use this instead of copying from the browser address bar)
a link to the knowledgebase article for the page or section you're viewing
a refresh button
a drop down menu for switching between your tenants (if you have access to multiple tenants)
Sidebar - displays a list of the main areas of functionality in the Loyalty Console
Content - displays the main content of the section you are viewing
Version - displays the version of the Loyalty Console you are currently running
Help - a floating button which allows you to contact WLL Support
Supported browsers
The Loyalty Console is optimised for the Google Chrome web browser.
Timezones
Resource Timezones
Whilst our database stores all times in UTC timezone, the times shown in the Loyalty Console are according to your system timezone.
For example: if your computer's time zone is set to BST (UTC+1), and you use the Loyalty Console to set an 'available from' time of 14:00 for a reactor or reward, it would go live at 13:00 UTC/14:00 BST.
The two exceptions to this rule are a receipt’s “Service Date” and “Service Time” since they show precisely what was printed on the receipt; “Served At” is according to your system timezone.
Analytics Timezones
The timezones for the reporting dashboards and date filtering is always UTC.
When using the week-based relative date filters in the reporting dashboards, Monday is considered the first day of the week, and Sunday is the last day of the week.
For example: choosing 'Last week' in the relative date filter on a reporting dashboard will show you data from the previous Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59.

Signup & login
Signup
Access to the Loyalty Console is via invite only. You will be sent an email inviting you to set a password during your platform onboarding.
If you're already onboarded and need to invite a new administrator, go to Settings > Administrators in the console navigation.
Login
To login to the Loyalty Console, visit console.wlloyalty.net and enter your registered email address and password.
Two-factor authentication
If you require two-factor authentication for your loyalty console login, you can request this by emailing WLL Support with your registered email. They will then enable two-factor authentication on your account and you will receive an email with enrolment instructions.
We support the use of two factor authentication codes generated by any authenticator app.
Reset password
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by clicking 'Forgotten Password?' on the login screen and entering the email address associated with your Loyalty Console account. This will send an email to you with a link to create your new password.
