The Loyalty Microsite is a responsive, pre-built website that seamlessly integrates with the Loyalty Engine, offering end-users a quick and engaging way to interact with your loyalty program across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Designed as a ready-to-deploy interface, the microsite allows users to access core loyalty program features—including account status, activity, available rewards, and earning opportunities—without the need for a fully custom-built user experience.

You can see an example Loyalty Microsite here: https://explorer.web.wlloyalty.net

For administrators:

  • Quick Setup: Because the Loyalty Microsite is pre-built and optimised specifically for loyalty programs, setup is quick, ensuring a rapid deployment with minimal technical requirements.

  • Theming & Options: Although the microsite layout is fixed, it’s highly adaptable to your brand, with options to add your logo, custom colours, and fonts, creating a cohesive experience.

  • Flexible Deployment Options: The microsite can be deployed as a standalone website, embedded within your existing website via iframe, or embedded within a mobile app using a web view, supporting multiple use cases for quick and seamless integration.

For end-users:

  • Account Overview: Users can view their loyalty status, including points balance, tier level, and a history of their loyalty activity.

  • Reward Redemption: Users can easily browse, purchase, and redeem rewards through an intuitive, user-friendly interface.

  • Incentives & Offers: Highlight available offers, ways to earn points, and program updates to encourage user engagement.

  • Simple Login & Signup: Users can sign up and manage their loyalty account (if not using embedded authentication), streamlining their access to loyalty benefits.

The Loyalty Microsite is ideal for clients looking for an efficient, cost-effective way to offer essential loyalty program flows without requiring a highly customised layout or in-depth loyalty mechanics.

For loyalty programs with more complex structures, customised rewards logic, or advanced interface needs, building a bespoke loyalty experience using our APIs may offer a more tailored solution.
