The Loyalty Mobile App is a ready-to-deploy, responsive app that integrates seamlessly with the Loyalty Engine, providing end-users with a quick and engaging way to interact with your loyalty program on their mobile devices.

Designed to deliver core loyalty flows, the app enables users to access essential program features—including account status & activity, instructions on how to earn points, and the ability to browse and purchase rewards—without requiring a custom-built mobile interface.

For administrators:

  • Branding: The convenience of a pre-built layout which is able to be themed to your brand’s logo, colours and font.

  • Low Maintenance: The mobile app is maintained and published on your behalf by White Label Loyalty.

  • Configuration Options: The mobile app offers a range of configuration options to suit your use case.

For end-users:

  • Account Activity: View their current tier, points balance and a history of their loyalty program activity.

  • Browse Rewards: Browse rewards which they are eligible to see based on each reward’s visibility criteria.

Features

Features available vary depending on the services included in your license agreement.

Registration/Login/Profile

  • Users can view onboarding slides on app first launch.

  • Users can register, login, logout and reset their password.

  • Users can edit their profile information.

  • Users can give and revoke consents during registration and when editing their profile.

  • Users can view terms and conditions and privacy policy pages, linked to from the sign up flow and hamburger menu.

Hamburger Menu

  • Users can access a hamburger menu with links to content or webpages (see Mobile App configuration guide for more information).

Home & Rewards

  • Users can view a Home page featuring a user summary highlighting their current tier (if applicable) and points balance (or cashback balance if applicable).

  • Users can view the reward categories / reward list on the Home page.

  • Users can select and view the name, description, artwork, points cost, availability end date/time, expiry period and terms & conditions of each reward (where specified).

  • Users can purchase rewards (incl. codeless vouchers, code vouchers).

  • Users are prompted for location services when purchasing rewards, which they can grant or deny.

Activity Page

  • Users can view an Activity page which shows recent activity.

Optional

  • Wallet: Users can view a Wallet page which enables a purchase/redeem flow for vouchers - allowing users to purchase a voucher but save it for later redemption.

Additional Charges Apply

  • Marketing Module: Users can receive push notifications.

  • Reward Fulfilment Module: Users can purchase digital gift cards, selected by the loyalty program administrators, which are then delivered via email.

  • Referral Module: Users can refer a friend with a unique generated tracking link from the Preferences page.

  • Receipts Module: Users can submit receipts (via camera, pdf or email).

  • Venues Module: Users can view a Locations page which shows a list of Venues and a Venue’s associated rewards (name, address, description, media items, linked rewards).

  • Promo Codes Module: Users can submit a promo code from the Home page.

  • Teams Module: Users can form groups and earn points together in a shared wallet.

  • Social Login Module: Users can register and login using Facebook or Apple ID.


Staging & production

Just like your Loyalty Engine tenant, you get two mobile apps - a staging and production version. Each mobile app is entirely independent of the other, and surfaces data from the respective Loyalty Engine environment.

Your onboarding manager will provide links to access pre-release versions of both your staging and production apps.


Voucher purchase flow in the Loyalty Mobile App

In our Loyalty Mobile App, vouchers with the 'hide code' option enabled are immediately redeemed when purchased, thus merging the purchase & redeem flow into one single step (PURCHASED_REWARD and REDEEMED_VOUCHER events happen simultaneously when a reward is purchased by the user).
