Reward artwork guidelines
About reward artwork
Artwork can be used to represent your rewards and reward categories.
Artwork is specified on a per reward/reward category basis. Only one piece of artwork can be assigned to a reward or category, so consider carefully the various contexts in which it may be shown.
You can use the Loyalty Console to upload artwork directly or supply a direct link to the artwork stored on your own servers.
Designing artwork for your own customer interface
If you're using our API to integrate with your own customer interface, you can design your reward artwork in whatever dimension and aspect ratio you prefer, to meet the needs of your own customer interface. We recommend:
Keeping artwork consistent in dimension and ratio
Ensuring your artwork is a small file size for fast loading (<200kb)
Adding a bleed area around the edge of artwork incase it becomes cropped by your interface depending on the user's device screen size
Designing artwork for the Loyalty Microsite & Loyalty Mobile App
Reward artwork
Primarily displayed at a 1:1 ratio across both the Loyalty Mobile App and Loyalty Microsite.
Suggested Asset Metrics:

Artwork preview
In this preview image below, taken from the Loyalty Microsite:
'Reward Fulfilment' is a parent category - no artwork is shown for top-level parents in the Microsite. 'Food & Drink', 'Global Rewards' etc. are all subcategories of the parent category
the text shown on the artwork from the subcategories is 'bedded in' to the image - i.e. it is not automatically added by the Microsite, it is part of the specified category artwork image itself
