Your app listing is seen by your users in the app stores when they download your app.
Listing your app in the App Stores
After your app has been built, it’s time to publish it. Some app details, like preview images, can only be updated at the initial launch and during app updates. This means you won’t be able to change certain details unless a new app version is released.
Please review all information carefully to ensure it’s accurate and ready for go-live before sharing it with your onboarding manager.

The app listing data is shown on your app listing in the App Stores. The following data is required. See App Listing for in-situ preview.
App name
Max 30 characters
App short name
Only if your app name is too long to fit on homescreen. 8-12 characters
App subtitle
Max 30 characters
App description
Max 4000 characters, plain text and line breaks only
Keywords
Max 100 characters, comma separated
Countries
List of countries app should be available in (default: all)
Listing Contact Name
Loyalty program manager name. Not shown to public.
Public contact number
A contact number for user queries
Marketing URL
A URL pointing to your website
Terms & Conditions URL
A URL pointing to your Terms & Conditions. See Terms & conditions
Privacy URL
A URL pointing to your privacy policy.

Delete profile URL
A URL pointing to your delete profile information page.
App listing graphics
App screenshots
App screenshots are shown on your app store listing to give users an idea of what your app does and how it works. You can supply between 2-8 app preview images.
The app preview images supplied MUST:
match the specification & dimensions above, to the pixel, or they will be rejected
NOT contain any transparent pixels, or they will be rejected
show clear, functional screenshots of your app in use (per app store guidelines) - providing the majority show this you can use some purely for marketing / aesthetic appeal
You need to supply two versions of each app preview image:
iOS 6.5" device (i.e. iPhone 16 Pro)
