FAQs

Can the Loyalty Microsite be customised beyond the fixed layout?

The Loyalty Microsite features our Loyalty Tiles feature, a WYSIWYG interface for administrators to customise the content shown on the microsite front page.

The layout on the other microsite pages – like reward detail, redemption, venues etc. – is designed to be fixed and standardised for a quick setup and streamlined end-user experience. Clients needing fully custom layouts or additional custom program features might consider building their own loyalty interface using the Loyalty Engine API.

What are the main user flows supported by the Loyalty Microsite?

The microsite covers essential loyalty program flows such as account creation, points balance tracking, viewing activity history, browsing offers and incentives, and redeeming rewards.

What deployment options are available for the Loyalty Microsite?

The microsite can be deployed as a standalone website, embedded in a mobile app as a web view, or embedded in an iframe on an existing website. Depending on your deployment type, specific configuration requirements may apply.

Who is the Loyalty Microsite best suited for?

It’s ideal for clients aiming for rapid deployment and those who want to minimise the need for UX design and API integration. For clients with complex or bespoke design requirements, a self-built interface using the API may be more suitable.
